Clean minimalist Vietnamese restaurant in the geart of China Town if Singapore. I ordered the vegetarian menu. The portion was generous and the ingredients were fresh! The iced Vietnamese Coffee was also good! I'll come back and recommend this place to my friends and all of you!

The restaurant is located in the middle of Chinatown in the Foodstreet. The Service was very friendly. We tasted the vietnamese soup Pho. It was very tasty and delicious.

I came here twice with my wife. The restaurant is in the middle of china town food street. It is nice to sit outside and watch the crazy world of china town go by. The accept credit cards, which is a big bonus on that street. The food is delicious and the portions are the right size. We did have... More

Our family went to YV for dinner and enjoyed the chicken pho, beef combination pho, and pork chop rice dish. All the dishes was alright but portion were quite small. Service was decent but they could use more staff to be more organised and effective.

Nice clean basic restaurant in Chinatown. Very friendly service if a bit slow due to lots of customers at the same time. Very tasty fried chicken drumsticks and yellow rice.

We had dinner at Yummy Viet one Monday night, and the food was delicious! Rice vermicelli with pork and spring rolls, carrots and cucumber was truly excellent! The service could have been a bit better, and also be prepared to eat from plastic tubs and have to order your beer from the hawker centre seller as you won't be able... More

A simple menu but good Vietnamese food. We visited at lunchtime and were able to pick where we wanted to sit. We opted for the set menu and we weren't disappointed. Definitely worth the trek along Smith Street to find this little oasis

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Chinatown
Chinatown is a classic combination of colourful sights, enticing smells, and sometimes startling sounds. The precinct is unique, however, in its blending of religions and cultures. A Hindu temple, an Islamic mosque, and a Chinese Buddhist temple sit almost side by side. This sense of cultural harmony continues as you venture just outside of Chinatown to the nightlife areas of Club Street and Duxton Hill. There you’ll mingle with Singapore’s multicultural residents at the modern bars and restaurants dotting the bustling streets. An afternoon in and around Chinatown will leave you culturally enlightened, well fed, and loaded with souvenirs. In the evening, reward yourself with a well-deserved cocktail as the locals come out to play.
