very fun place where people relaxing and dancing. Good and not very expensive cocktails. Fun. Loud. Very loud. But the sound could be better. And we wanted to hear some Russian songs. You have Russian visitors time-to-time. Vocalists are good - they are dansing and give energy to people (man and girl). But other musiciants are not so good. They... More

The only thing that I really enjoyed there was live music. In my view, alcohol it's a bit expensive, but considering the location- understandable. The same thing is for food- small portions and overpriced. But you always have a choice, and if you stopped there, that means you are ready to spend a little bit. Service is not great, but... More

Great Service. Drinks are priced well for happy hour, bar snacks and live band. Our group bought a 750ml bottle of whiskey for $200 between 4 people which worked out better than paying for $18 per serve . It comes out with a firecracker attached to it and lots of whistling from the bartenders. Smoking allowed in this pub. Great... More

One of the best locations on Clarke for sitting outside, having a beer, live music, people watching! Yes it's a bit pricey and the service can be hit and miss but when you consider the location and how packed it can get those are easy to understand! Well worth a visit!

Rude staff as could not get order correct. Also asking for credit card as we were eating a vet expensive and poor quality meal. All the bar/ eating place by the Clarke Bay are way over priced for food and drinks. The setting is also tacky. Advice people to eat in city.

Live band and DJ were both fantastic, you will be dancing or at least, sitting and wiggling your bums there all night long!

Outside eating/drinking a lot of fun. Live music was good, beers from happy hour reasonable. Bar food tasty but rather expensive. For the Clarke Quay area though very good! Party atmosphere.

I have been here a number of time and it is very, very good. Before 8pm it is happy hour so $10 beer with a live band and great location it is great. The guys behind the bar are brilliant. I can not fault it.

Ok so I cannot come comment on the food as my wife and I did not eat here, but what I can say is the local musician on the night sang to a high standard particularly if you like Ballards, the happy hour is not bad value for Singapore standards, they have live sport on the TV's all the time... Indeed Le Noir is always my choice for a night out at this city. A very good place to relax and enjoy. You can either watch the band or just sit at the bar whichever way you want it. And since its my birhday i was even given a cake and some free shots. It was really a fun night.... More
