Went here with friends and we ordered a shared dish for 2-3 persons. Asked two times to two different waitors to get the meat and vegetables served seperated and stated that I was vegetarian and that I don't eat meat. The dish came as order... We thought. Half way trought the meal i discovered that that the cheese covered vegetables... More

My wife and I stumbled into this place after walking around aimlessly on a Sunday. Everything was closed and we thought we would give this place a shot even though it was our first day in Chile and the last thing on our mind to eat was Mexican food. My wife was starving and as soon as she saw that... More

After wandering around in the Barrio Brazil neighborhood, El Charro de Oro caught our attention because of the bright and colorful rooms, and the fun atmosphere going on inside. My boyfriend ordered the 200g of tartar. It was well spiced and we enjoyed it. I had the vegetarian burrito, which tended to be a little dry because of too much... More

A nice atmosphere and good value with great cocktails but we were slightly disappointed with our mains . The nacho starter was delicious but our burritos were very average for what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant. Probably wouldn't go back but if you need a quick cheap dinner it's good enough.

If you are craving Mexican food because you are used to eating it at least once a week like I am, this place will fill the void. While not incredibly cheap, or incredibly tasty, they do serve tacos, rice, and beans. Decent place to grab a beer in Barrio Brazil, sit out front, munch some tacos.
