There is a less known branch of this restaurant in Ave Irarrazabal that I presume is as good as this. Definitely worth eating their seafood... you won't regret it.

We will come back here for sure! Thank you guys for making yummy ceviche! 😍and cocktails here are good and strong 😉It's sad that the special chef's menu is unavailable on Monday. But we will come back to try it in the middle of the week 😊

The whole menu is excellent, but the real stand-outs are the ceviches and the very strong Pisco Sours. Get the Ceviche Barandiaran, which is basically a mixed shellfish/octopus ceviche. They have two locations; we prefer the Manuel Mott location for the architecture but the food rocks at both locations.

There are several Barandiarans now in Santiago, but the original is on Manuel Montt in an old 19th century house with an inner courtyard, and it’s the one I visited. The place has very unique décor, let’s just call it Peruvian rococo, or maybe Peruvian kitsch. Very interesting indeed. They once served stewed gerbils here, a Peruvian delicacy, but according... I'm always on the search for a great octopus dish and I think this is the best I've ever had, anywhere! Trust me, order the Pulpo al Olivo, you won't regret it. Oh, and the ceviche is pretty fantastic too, can't go wrong!

The food is just exemplary of the chaufa movement. Great ambient and service. The identifying Pisco sour is just a icing on a gear meal

The food was lovely, the service perfect :) I asked for fried calamari as a starter for me alone... it was a pretty big portion which could be shared between four persons as a starter. Dont do the same mistake than me. Then I have a seafood spaghetti, delicious with shrimps, squid and octopus. So good ! The price was... More

We had dinner outside which was quite nice. Unfortunately the beef and the salmon dish were a little overcooked. Staff was really friendly though. 3 out of 5, we'd say.

We went there on a Sunday at the rush hour for lunch, so service was a bit slow but nothing bad. The choice of the menu is good. Prices are a bit high but in the range of similar restaurants in Bellavista. I had the "taillarines a la huancaina con mariscos" and my wife the "tacu-tacu de mariscos". Both plates... More

I would put this as an average Peruvian restaurant. It is a nice environment, though the food often leaves for wanting.
