Beautiful surroundings and kids do have fun running around. Once we were lucky to have a live band playing all afternoon. The food is plentiful, so dishes can be shared. I found the pasta rather tasty for Chilean standards.

The location was beautiful, with a nice view of the mountains and surrounded by trees, however, I found the food a bit salty, and the pasta over cooked (I prefer my pasta al dente). The service was not very friendly, and the hostess did not make us feel welcome. The best item we had there was the pisco sour, and... More

The place is really cozy and nice, the greenery is beautiful and you can spend your after lunch siesta there while your kids run around, play soccer or with the donkey and chicken. This is what the place offers: a nice relaxed countryside spot (no river access though). Food wise, it is less than OK. My husband sister and I... More

Went up to this restaurant and campo with 3 friends. Arrived around 1 pm and there was a 3 hour wait. We left our names walked a bit for a quick bite and returned for a couple glasses of wine before dinner. The campo is beautiful and the food is the best I have had in Santiago in 2 years.... More

After hearing so much about this restaurant, I was excited to try it out. We went on asunday and arrived around 1pm and there was already an almost 2 hour wait. We decided to add our names to the list anyways and left to do some shopping and came back. It was a beautiful day, so we were able to... More

Only open at the weekend this family run restaurant is a must for anyone visiting the Cajon del Maipo with kids. Get there early to avoid the crowds. Enjoy a simple italian menu in the beautiful foothills of the Chilean mountains.

Located in the "Cajón del Maipo", a beautiful canyon in the Maipo river where this descends from the Andes Mountains, with a very nice view to the canyon and to the mountains, this simple but at the same time very warm and friendly restaurant offer us lovely pastas and pizzas (pizzas only on Saturday). With my family we visit it... More
