Service is good, as well as its location, however, the food is not worth the price they change for it.

I went to Vinilo for lunch and dinner on two separate days. Both experiences lead me to the conclusion that this place can be nothing but highly recommended! For lunch I enjoyed very tasty long-cooked (steamed?) shoulder ham sandwich made from homemade bread, creamy avocado, a tasty milk-based mayonaise. The local Kross dark beer (Guinness style) fitted well with it.... More

I believe the reference to Vinyl is the 33rpm records they play on a couple of decks . Good to hear all the raves from the grave i.e. Beatles , stones Elvis etc . The food and the atmosphere are though much more up to date . We were quite a bit more mature than most of the clientele but... More

It's called Cafe Vinilo because they plan LPs here. I had a tuna steak with potatoes which was very good; the service is also attentive.

We had early dinner (6.30pm) here and really loved that place. The staff was very friendly and the food delicious (we picked pescado de rosa and atun and as a starter the bread with fried cheese and pesto). The wine was a little expensive but considering the fact that it comes from a small vineyard, the price is still ok.... More

We had walked by this little place in the afternoon and we were looking for a little place to stop and have a drink and a quick bite to eat. We saw this place and stopped in. They were surprisingly busy at the time and we were fortunate enough to get a table. The service was very good. They did... More

We just happened to walk by this place and fell in love. Our hotel owner told us that the empanadas are small so locals aren't crazy about the place but we just loved it. We ordered ceviche and two appetizers for two people. We could not eat the second appetizer- left half. Food is authentic Chilean, prepared with fresh ingredients.... More

This place is wonderful, old crackly jazz music on the decks, typical original tiles on the floor and walls, chilled service but wonderful beautiful food. The menu is completely in Spanish but the waiter gave mr help. Fast forward 10 minutes and I have a fabulous glass of red and a fillet steak to die for! Think I'll come back... More
