One of my favorite and most visited restaurants in Quito. The staff is incredibly friendly, and their dishes never disappoint.

We stayed at the Dann Carlton. We traied Romolo e Remo after checking Trip Advisor. It was so close to our hotel. The food was amazing, we supposed for a second to be in Rome. The owners are incredible , both Italians. The pasta is the best and saltimbocca are simply special. Tiramisu was better than the one I had in Rome.... More

We had a delicious meal for less than $15 per person. The produce is fresh and full of taste. They have excellent mozzarella, prosciutto, and pasta. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Definitely recommend!

I have to say that there are a few restaurants in Quito that have great italian food. Romolo e Remo is definitely one of them. This place is not fancy, it is perfect for hanging out with friends and have a great italian meal. My friends and I ordered pizza, fettuccine and romolo e remo paste. Amazing, no more words,... This place is a must visit at some point in your stay in Quito. The owners, both italians are extremely charming and will do anything in their power to make you happy. The food is amazing and surprisingly cheap.

One of the better Italian restaurants in Quito. Layout is rather informal and service sometimes takes slightly longer than you'd expect, but the quality is outstanding. For some reason they close won't allow patrons after 8 pm, although once inside you can stay until almost midnight.

Value. The food is simple and delicious and the prices are great. Wonderful for comfort food treat. Waiters and waitresses are training and they do a great job. This is a charitable organization that is improving the lives of underpriviledged youth by teaching them skills. I´m definitely a regular.

The food here was outstanding!! The owners are Italian, so the food is made with real Italian flavors. The minestrone soup, as well as the cream of spinach--wow-- delicious! The fettuccine with meatballs, the pizza, everything is just delicious.

The service is very good and the prices are reasonable. The food is acceptable. The pastas are tasty, the salads are fine. The soups are good.
