Was expecting more . Would return for sides, sauces and wonderful chip like bread and try the soups. Food was simple but wasn't overly impressed . Prices fair for portions. Good service and refills without an issue.

The food was delicious, the portions very generous and the spicy sauces, well, SPICY :) But the thing that impressed me the most was the service. It was quick and always with a smile. It was the perfect place for a Sunday lunch. Extremely recommended!

Recommended, they offer a variety of Mexican food . I ate a burrito, ITS cost was $ 7 and was delicious . Depending on the day of the week will offer special drinks like juices . The place is very nice decorated with bright colors with a very Mexican atmosphere . If you go by car there are several places... More

Although the place itself could use some improving, it is among the top #3 Mexican spots in Quito. Unbeatable cochinita, awesome tacos al pastor and excellent Micheladas. I always go back for more when craving mexican food.

Pozole only on weekends. Crowded for a good reason. I think lunch only. We take couple dozen tortillas home with us. Maybe next time will bring a large sealable container to take a bunch of pozole with us and freeze it.

Most of the times I don't mind chaotic places, but this time it was stressing.... I'm totally down for Mexican food specially when it's advertised as "real Mexican!" However I found this tacos to be super simple and totally not impressed! For the buck you spend even pricy! The bathroom was not in good shape and there was not even... More

This restaurant is not the best choice, not easy to find, food is normal, prices are quite high, service is nice but food service is slow. Information in the menu is not clear.

I have never been to Mexico but this was the best mexican food I have ever eaten. I lived for a couple of months near La Michoacana - be there early because it closes at 17 and it is always full. From the city center it's quite a long distance, but it's totally worth it. Fantastic tortillas (i heard that... More

If you are looking for great Mexican food in Quito, can't miss this place! The place is very VERY small and it might be difficult to get a table, but it is worth the wait if you have the time... or, what most people do, is order ahead and take the food home with you. The place is very simple,... More

I went for the tortillas, I stayed for the tacos. It's always good to cook on a full stomach and I couldn't treat my friends to real Baja California fish tacos without proper tortillas (nixtamalizando corn is still a mystery to me). I'll definitely be back for all the Mexican food I miss so much. Nothing beats a hangover like... More
