Great atmosphere and friendly staff. We got the yogurt parfait, hippie bagel, and biscuits & gravy. All were excellent and the biscuits & gravy were some of the best I've ever had. We would definitely visit more if we were staying in Cuenca longer.

I have bought bread here and it is delicious. Pretty much the equal of other great bread bakers here and way above the typical panaderias. The food at the Christmas party was truly as good as home made. I've been several times and don't hesitate to return. Service is good, friendly and a bit quicker than what I would call... More

We have eaten at San Sebas twice and it's been great both times. The food is delicious and creative. Make sure you're hungry when you go! The other 2 bonuses of San Sebas are (1) amazing nutty bread that is made at the restaurant, and (2) the setting is in the beautify San Sebastián square, one of the prettiest squares... More

Really good Gringo food. Love their bacon lettuce tomato and avocado sandwich. The owners and the staff are very helpful. Their breakfast choices are excellent. The best bread that you have in Cuenca.

I've eaten at San Sebas several times and I keep going back for my favorite: the bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato sandwich. It comes with crisp French fries and a small salad. I like the house sauce that comes on the sandwich as well; it's flavorful with just a bit of a spicy kick. The bread was fresh and much... More

They can cook and they give big portions. When you eat breakfast here it will last you the entire day, and it is delicious! The pancakes and omelettes will have you walking the hilly streets of Cuenca all day without feeling hungry again. The food comes fast and hot! The lunch with the giant sized burgers

There was a bug in my food. It was at the bottom of my so called potato hash (very over-seasoned) I didn't seem to be the only one with an issue because a few minutes after complaining another customer complained to the waitress that there was something in their food as well. 0 quality control at this place.

This casual eatery is one of Cuenca's older and more stable spots, set prettily in front of a cute plaza and fountain. The restaurant is a smooth blend of gringo and local cuisines, with fine tastes and steady management. It is worthy morning experience with a fine choice in breakfast fare and eclectic burgers.

Good service, fast service and food quality always consistent. My friend make San Sebas one of constant breakfast locations. We have tried many and this is one of two we dine at.
