Really good Gringo food. Love their bacon lettuce tomato and avocado sandwich. The owners and the staff are very helpful. Their breakfast choices are excellent. The best bread that you have in Cuenca.

I've eaten at San Sebas several times and I keep going back for my favorite: the bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato sandwich. It comes with crisp French fries and a small salad. I like the house sauce that comes on the sandwich as well; it's flavorful with just a bit of a spicy kick. The bread was fresh and much... More

They can cook and they give big portions. When you eat breakfast here it will last you the entire day, and it is delicious! The pancakes and omelettes will have you walking the hilly streets of Cuenca all day without feeling hungry again. The food comes fast and hot! The lunch with the giant sized burgers

There was a bug in my food. It was at the bottom of my so called potato hash (very over-seasoned) I didn't seem to be the only one with an issue because a few minutes after complaining another customer complained to the waitress that there was something in their food as well. 0 quality control at this place.

This casual eatery is one of Cuenca's older and more stable spots, set prettily in front of a cute plaza and fountain. The restaurant is a smooth blend of gringo and local cuisines, with fine tastes and steady management. It is worthy morning experience with a fine choice in breakfast fare and eclectic burgers.

Good service, fast service and food quality always consistent. My friend make San Sebas one of constant breakfast locations. We have tried many and this is one of two we dine at.

the menu here is excellent, perfect for hangovers or lazy brunches. The ambience is lovely, and staff are friendly. My only gripe was the disappointing coffee. Maybe it was the barista in that day, but it was way too hot and so my lattee was basically a cafe con leche. But all in all, depaite my coffee snobbery, a great... More

The food is actually very good you have a wide variety of dishes to choose from, great for those sundays when you sleep in and have a big appetite, owned by americans, so the food is totally american style, though the ambiance is very cuencano! enjoy!!

I really enjoyed the ambiance, and the burger I ordered here. Nice fries too! Right on the San Sebastian plaza, relatively centrally located in Cuenca.

I'm boring! I always order either the big vietnamese salad (shredded cabbage, broccoli, carrots, onions, with peanuts!) or the Hippy Scramble with pan integral and fruit cup instead of potatoes. Just 'to die for'. And the service is great, and the coffee is great. Wish they were open 7 days a week, but they work hard...Hi Everyone!
