So being a vegan it is often hard to find a vegan restaurant in one's travels. You know, one that does not serve meat or animal products in addition to "vegan options". SHAMAN is the exception. It is a vegan/raw vegan restaurant that serves up delicious and nutritious healthy food. The fixed lunch at 14 soles is a bargain that... More

My kids and I ate here a lot when we were in Cusco for our tour. The family that owns it is so loving, high energy, and special! Their food is some of the cleanest in the Sacred Valley. They are all vegan, and some raw food. I love their salads, soups, juices and teas. They serve their food with... More

Very amazing restaurant with good vibes and esoteric insights. We ate quinoa plates in different places and the "quinoa chaufa" here was one of the best plate we ate in Peru. Very well recommended to renew your spirit.

I found this little place by accident as I was walking from my hotel. I ate here 3 times in 3 days as my meals were as good as I can get in the USA for this kind of food. The second time I ate there I sat at the big square table and met some very interesting people both... More

the soups are delicious (quinoa and onion were very tasty) and the stuffed pepper was fresh and filling. honestly the soups are pretty large portions and we may not have needed the extra dish but it was delicious!! the atmosphere is relaxed, crystals abundant, and very warm hospitality. will be returning soon:) muchas gracias amigos!!

It was exciting coming across a raw vegan restaurant in Peru! My small group and I were very much looking forward to visiting and eating here. The decor and vibes were great, but the food was uninspiring and overpriced for what it was. We had much higher expectations from the positive reviews. Perhaps other menu items would have been better... More

The decor is wonderful... crystals, drapes, wood, books... makes you feel like you're in a palm-readers enclave. I had an amazing beetroot juice, deep burgundy, super healing!

Some times we think that a vegan restaurant will be limited at the offers, but the Shaman Vegan restaurant completed our expectations. The food was excellent and the quality good enough to invite us to return.

The food is very well priced, and the free bread with dips was nice, but the food I ordered was just terrible. I made the mistake of ordering vegan sushi and I really wished I hadn't. The rice was overcooked and hot when they rolled it, which makes it pretty disgusting. To top it off, there was a brown sauce poured... More

In 1987 I started with my first vegan services to my community and since there I had seven vegan restaurants until 2005. We closed the last one and we maintained resting for a few years. And we decided to restart a new vision in restaurant to do a high quality service for our Cusco and international community with a higher Vegan & Raw sharing with you. In September 2nd 2012 we reopened for you dear sisters and brothers, and our service will provide high quality meals, of course Vegan & Raw options. We are also working in the project in producing our own vegetables and other organic products which will come directly to our restaurant and you will not only enjoy, but will also learn about many of the great things that Pachamama can offer to us. We need to make our part stimulating the New Generations to become vegans if we want a better World preserving our beautiful Planet! Beside all this, here you could participate in ceremonies, meditations and many other things that the land of the Inkas can offer to you. All the best and hope to meet you here one day.
