Great place. Food was delicious. Finding a reservation might be tricky. Service was truly excellent. Keep in mind that you may feel the altitude on your first arrival (dinner) at Cusco’s 12,000ft.

The most delicious food I have ever had in Cusco!! The amazing olives on the table, I had the chicken breast with mushrooms , delicious!! My boyfriend has the Alpaca and he said was absolutely amazing, tasty and soft! Loved it! Highly recommend

Hola, yes, it is upstairs and you can see the entrance from the street side. There are 2 restaurants at the top of stairs.. keep on going towards your left at top of stairs to find the entrance The food is delicious :).
