It was closed for weekday lunch. We went there and didn't even see a sign with hours. This is the restaurant's listed location next to Sagrado Corazón.

It might have been more fun when the proprietor used to grill the kebabs, or "brochetas," on a grill on the sidewalk, but the new setup with the indoor grill is more efficient. Choose your brochetas, and get them served with cassava, a salad and a fruit drink. Only a few of the wide variety are vegetarian (and fewer are... More

A nice and quiet place to sit down. In the morning they have breakfast, regional things. At night there is the barbecue with the brochetas - all kind of food, from vegetarian to beef. Nice people. The only thing that bothers me very much is the noice from the street. It is situated at the corner of 2 main streets... More

For a change of Peruian food, this might be optional place to go. Choose any of the skewers and it will be serve with a plate of salad and steam tapioca ( local called YUCA or white potato ). We find it is a bit pricey ( almost USD 2.50 ) for a skewers.

It might move up a gear with meat dishes maybe. It was OK across the board as vegetarian if I'm honest. The stand out dish was the cheese with peach (I think it was peach!). It's basically a load of kebab skewers with various options for all that are BBQed once you've chosen what you wanted. As a vegetarian I... More

We were like kids in a candy store walking into El Sitio restaurant! You select the kebabs you wish to order from a glass cabinet and wait to indulge! The meat was really decent quality, better than I could imagine. We tried pretty much everything and it was all tasty! I particularly liked the chicken wings and the mini quiche... More

The concept is simple... Walk in the door, select a bunch (literally) of food on a stick. Mushrooms, meat, chicken and pineapple, pork, beef, potatoes, broccoli, etc. Pick a table, order a pitcher of local juice, and enjoy a great dinner. It's no frills, the meals come with a basic plate of salad and yuca, and the price is very... More

Tasty grilled things on skewers. Well seasoned well prepared. Walk in, point to the skewers you want, sit down, wait 5 minutes, boom, bon appetit. Friendly people. Good times. Try the peach/cheese for dessert!

I read many reviews of this place and decided to give it a shot, we were not disappointed. The food was all really good and ordering was very easy. We had 6 kabobs of all different types and a couple beers and the price was very friendly to our travel budget. Try the anticuchos kabob of beef heart. So tender... More
