A gem of a find, well worth an adventure across Lima to enjoy. Wide array of very tasty (and beautiful) deserts. I ordered a mushroom & cheese quiche which was fantastic (insert note that I don't really like quiches) & tiramisu. I'm no tiramisu expert,...but it was very moist and quite tasty. The prices are pretty expensive, but especially in this case, you get what you pay for!More

Ana Avellana is the best place to get some desserts to go and have them home. Don't try to seat for coffee since the place is really small and once it fills up is impossible to get a table or event to walk to the...ordering counter (this is a point where they should work on honestly), but besides that, the food is magnificent the prices are on the higher side but they are so worth it. From the Key Lime Pie to the Carrot Cake to the Blueberry cake, this are all masterpieces in cake culture. If you like any of this, buy them without doubt. If you want something even more sweet go for the chocolate and choco chip cookies, the sticky buns and the brownies, they don't look awesome but are the best in town. If you are feeling the need for something salty ask for the turkey sandwich with asparagus and some kind of mango sauce, they are to die for. And in the need of something fresh, ask for the summer ice hot chocolate, they literally melt a brownie filled with choco on a cup with milk and with ice, amazing. Remember go and order but never eat there, unless by some miracle there is free space then also ask for the complementary bottle of water that will serve its purpose once you eat all that sugar. And if you by any chance you see Ana on the counter say hi, she is the best with customers.More

A delightful small coffee shop with a fabulous range of cakes (the cookies are very good). The coffee is good and the staff are friendly.

I think the most famous dessert here is the cheesecake. It's also the most expensive one (about 21 soles the slice) but it's a huge slice, like harry potter book thick. Really good cheesecake with strawberry and blueberries sauce that you cant tell is fresh...and homemade. the place is small but really nice. try it!More

The attention in general was very good they brought our desserts super quick. The cheesecake was out of this planet the red sauce is made from fresh fruit when they serve you. The red velvet in my opinion wasn’t red at all but my girlfriend...loved the taste. We had a cappuccino from freshly grinded coffee which was delicious. The place has a very cool look and feel it’s like you were inside pinterest. This is a must visit in my opinion. A place where you can unwind and take a sweet break from the cityMore

If you wanna go with someone to have a hot drink for a cold weather, Ana Avellana has a nice hot chocolate that you prepare by yourself. They give you a chocolate ball with a hot milk (you can ask for different kind of milks)...you have to put the ball into the milk and the result it's a good hot chocolate for eating with a piece of cake or a chocolate trufa which is made without sugar and flours. For two drinks you can ask for another cup of hot milk and share the chocolate ball, its a good idea for a "not to sweety drink"! The place it's beautiful to have a good conversation with friends or have a tea alone!More

They have many incredible desserts which all have a great taste. Really one of the best places in lima if you dont want to go to a touristy place. Also, they have great coffee and souffles. I recommend the blueberry pie. The atmosphere is well...achieved and the service is great. They even give you free water to enjoy your food.More
