Another wonderful dining experience at Tamarind. Superb food, great wine selection and excellent service. Consistently a great restaurant. Still our favourite on the island.

We had a very nice meal here. The house is gorgeous and it's on the beach with lovely views. We had the freshly caught tuna which was served with the local greens. Delish although the tuna was a little over cooked. Nice staff. Well worth...More

We ordered the oysters and ika mata as a starter, and the seafood.platter as our main. The oysters were not very fresh, and had been frozen a bit too long. But they were still plump and delicious. Seafood platter was out of this world! The...More

Had a great meal here with the family. Beautiful old house, great atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. Was well looked after and met Robbie the owner. Enjoyed all meals, entree, main and desert. If you are in Rarotonga, you have to go to this restaurant.

We went here on the evening of our 25th wedding anniversary. We wanted something special, and we weren't disappointed. The location is beautiful and the food excellent.

The setting, service and ambiance are top quality, hence the fourth star. The food was slightly underwhelming. The lamb shanks were good, but nothing that we couldn't cook at home. I've had better pork bellies. However the Creme brûlée was excellent
