We heard that this was going to be a genuine Bulgarian restaurant in a nice enviroment. Although it turned out to feel like a school diner with bright lights and aweful interiours. The food was pretty cheap and allright but I would not spend any more money here.

Blink and you'll miss it, Before 10 is a hidden gem in Sofia! We visited on a Friday night, booking a table earlier in the day. The restaurant is hidden down some stairs- look for the clock outside fixed at ten to ten and you'll find it! When we arrived we got a lovely welcome off the owner and from... More

This place is so cute!!! I am happy we were taken here because I never would have found it on my own. It is family owned - and it feels like it. We were a large group of around 20, and we had a great time. We got an assortment of salads and desserts for the table, and ordered our... More

An excelent place for a quiet dinner with friends. The exterior is extremely cosy, the food is very different from a regular restorant, but very delicious.

After a long walk I was addressed to this cosy place not exactly in the center of the town but at reasonable distance. In my opinion the melting pop among the Bulgarian traditions and tastes coming from western influences makes this restaurant one of the most interesting cooking experience in town. The staff is very kind and the price you... More

This is one of the places, where the menu is short (about 10 items) and one is sorry that they cannot order everything from it. Amazing cuisine, great selection of wines, perfect service.

The place is hard to find, hidden in the corner but worth the effort. The atmosphere is very pleasant and cosy, not too flashy and bright, just perfect for a quiet dinner! The service was very friendly, yet professional! Out host not only presented and served our meals and drinks but also paid attention to our opinion and if we... More

6 of us of ages ranging from 7-67 all had a really lovely meal. We had a variety of dishes some veggie others traditional meat dishes and a couple of bottles of wine. The place itself I would describe as quirky but the design worked really well so that the staff were able to see when they were needed. We... More

This wasn't just dinner, this was a wonderful experience. We went there for a special occasion and we were not disappointed. They offer seasonable dishes that are extremely tasty and very well served. We had great wine, recommended by the host. The service was high class. Very nice menu and delicious food, the staff is as well very friendly. Minus points for the location (not easy to find a parking spot, restaurant in the basement) and the impossibility to sit outside. They are as well closed in the summer months (Jul-Aug).

A new restaurant with a new concept for Sofia. Far removed from the ubiquitous Mediterranean cuisine that most of the city's trendy restaurants offer, this place is focussing on high quality food made from fresh, local ingredients and based on traditional Balkan recipes. The short menu changes each week and features whatever is in season. A beige banquette around a central column provides the centerpiece to the perfectly white interior, which is light, spacious and yet homely. The restaurant is completely non-smoking.
