I had an omelet with toast and it was delicious! The people are extremely nice. Definitely will come back

Stopped by while walking around Casco Viejo for a beer, a coffee and some cake; they were all excellent...! A really nice atmosphere, great service and with a good mix of people inside. Cakes were obviously homemade and were lovely... definitely recommended.
Recommend the empenadas and chocolate jungle cake! Super Gourmet is not so much the place to go if you are looking for authentic Panamanian but has very good food nonetheless!
It's all homemade at this deli, sandwich shop, including the arepas and the hummus. Friendly service and quite reasonable as well. Terrific coffee and coffee drinks. What else is there to say. I ate there three times in six days-would have eaten there more but...More
Vibrant, casual, coffee hang-out and more. Serves tasty and all day breakfast, baked goods, salads, soups. Free wi-if with comfortable seating, encourages relaxing over a cappuccino and delicious muffins. Daily created empanadas, savoury and sweet seem to be a house special and are certainly worth...More
Nothing fancy. Just a very good place to grab a bite, a cup, and a conversation. Went here every morning during our stay.
Good place for a quick sandwich, but not sure why so highly rated. Lunch was average at best. Wouldn't go back.
We enjoyed sandwiches and a nice selection of beers (including local craft brews) for a very reasonable price. The order took a little longer to fill than we had expected, but we weren't in a hurry.
Wandered in for a light lunch. Helpful staff with a really good menu ranging from soups to sandwiches to cakes to salads and other local delicacies. Coffee really good too. Not expensive, quite a find and would recommend the cafe.
This is a cool place full of both locals and tourists. There are plenty of options on the menu and staff are friendly. This is a good spot for lunch.
