Great restaurant: food is really good, service is outstanding and ambiance is perfect. They also have a few private lounges for small groups. We've had dinner here, and also a small party with friends (about 50 people). We had a buffet dinner, open bar with premium drinks (mango sangria is amazing), and even dancing. It's a great restaurant with great... More

This is a nice, quiet restaurant for a good Mediterranean meal. The food is fresh and well prepared. Service is attentive but not over the top. Dishes are simple - octopus sliced thin, sautéed with minced garlic, olive oil and salt. Very tasty!

Elisabeth and I were on the way to another restrauant, that the cabi couldnt find. Our good luck! Service was outstanding, meal was exceptional. E had the covina, I had the grouper. Presentation was excellant. From New Orleans, Ive had my share of grouper along the gulf coast. This could be the best Ive ever had. Give them a chance.

Stormy and I liked this place a bit. It was like a restaurant stuck in the 1950s though. A bit pricey and given they advertised Mediterranean cuisine we were a bit surprised at the lack of variety. It's really a seafood place. A bit stuffy.

The service is great, compared to a lot of restaurants in Panama it may be the best. The food is good, but when you compared it to the price it does not worth it.

I just didn't feel like we got value for our money here. I think things began to go downhill when we didn't order a bottle of wine. It really looks like a nice place, and if we lived in Panama City we might give it another chance, but our first impression was not good.

Lovely restaurant with nice and attentive staff that seriously missed the mark on food. Our Party of 4 was very unimpressed and returned one dish. Shrimp bisque was rather tasteless. Lobster Thermador is casserole style and was returned. $32 for that dish and it was chopped lobster that was clearly frozen too long and way overcooked. Fettuccine with lobster had... More

It was just across the street. We THOUGHT we should take a taxi to a good restaurant, but it is not necessary if you are within walking distance to Oliva Y Sal! The service was very attentive, the atmosphere sophisticated and the food delicious. There was a pianist the night we were having dinner there. The four of us each... More

We both enjoyed our food. The staff were super nice and willing to explain some typical Panamanian dishes and how they are prepared. We lingered over a wonderful meal of topnotch seafood- grilled and another dish of seafood stew. They have a wide variety of meat and vegetarian selections as well. It's a dressy place with white lines, candlelit dining... More
