As the name suggests, this is not a japanese restaurant, but a Peruvian/japanese fusion. Good service, very attentive staff. They gave us a small maki piece as a free appetizer. I'm not really into fusion japanese gastronomy, instead I prefer traditional japanese. However, I enjoyed this restaurant a lot. Food was fresh and flavors were accurate. I ordered a spicy... More

Friday night dinner for 4 plus our dog ... A pet friendly restaurant!!! Absolutely beautiful restaurant including an outside patio. Tuna pizza, California roll and pork buns for appetizers. For dinner we had grouper, prawns and more speciality rolls. The tastes were wonderful. Except the pork in the rolls was too tough to chew without disassembly and cutting with a... More

Took a date there and grabbed a table on the patio. The restaurant sent us a small appetizer on the house to start. Nice touch. We ordered several dishes including Maki, Tiparito and Piqueos. The Crocantes of Spicy Lobster were fantasic and was our favorite. The Hamachi Maki was unbelievable. The server then recommended a Tiraditio for us to try.... More

The best Peruvian place i have tried in Panama. Ceviches, chicharron and tiraditos are great. The japanesse touch is part of the experience!

Found at last minute and was close to hotel. Mongolian beef, crispy pork and gohan rice was great. Sushi was pretty good but not as great as reviews suggested.

Salmon sashimi, spicy salmon roll and miso soup - all was great. The salmon was good quality, the preparation was very good. It's a pity the restaurant lacks a bit of more innovative ambiance. Still, a great option for sushi in Panama.

My friend and I visited this sushi hangout. This very high end and the quality of the sushi reflected that. Also the area where this place is located is very upscale. The service including drinks was par excellence. If you are look for good sushi In a wonderful area, then I definitely recommend ask Nikkei Cuisine.
