I would recommend this place for seafood except the medium crab (You have to work too hard to get the meat out and it was a lot on the gross side and messy. I didn't get use to it I also had the fish tacos....More

I truly wanted to give this restaurant a 5/5 but I believe with experiencing some quirks it brought it down. First the wait was 45 minutes...typical Friday afternoon I get it...but I don't get it when you have 20 open tables and three at a...More

Excellent food (as always) and good drinks in a fun, casual waterfront setting. Probably the best casual fare in all of Anne Arundel County. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

I had chili and cornbread and it was the best. Anything I have ever had there has been delish. We shared fried pickles for an appetizer and they were the best I've ever had too. Other dishes I've enjoyed are the crab cakes and coleslaw....More

This is a classic Maryland crab house; not fancy, just great food with friendly, helpful service. Located right on the water with garage doors that open onto the docks. We needed assistance with elderly parents, and Jennifer was extremely helpful, patient and understanding. We had...More

Great food in a casual setting. The service is friendly and capable. This location is really wonderful in a nice day. We should probably be keeping The Point a secret, but we hope for their continued success.

If you haven't been before don't be surprised as you travel thru residential areas for quite a way before the marina/restaurant. It was cool and wet when we were there so we stayed inside and sheltered. It would be great to be sitting outside overlooking...More

agree with Elle regarding the crab dip, we should have sent it back too but was a special treat for my niece and I didn't want to draw attention to it, not even 1 piece of crab large or small, more like a cream cheese broth, what gives guys, you are better then this

I haven't had the crab dip recently. A conversation with the chef should produce positive results. I still give the restaurant high marks.

A long-delayed answer but I went for lunch a few weeks back. It was on a Friday but open & tasty. I'm sure by now you've discovered they open at 11 am. Happy lunching.

Want to bring my elderly aunt for lunch. Will it be too cold? I saw the comments about the plastic/movable walls...

Bring your Aunt. The place is heated and comfortable. Have her bring a sweater if she is afraid to be in a drafty place. If the weather is cool outside , they will have overhead heaters on.
