Excellent food, cheerful and efficient servers - great view! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough. When I am in Annapolis, this is one of the places we never miss. A local place that is great to go to relax and enjoy good food.
Brought some out of town guests who were looking for local specialties. Did they every find them!--all 6 were very happy with the crab soup and crab cakes. You can't go wring with the crab cakes at Deep Creek.
I've been to Deep Creek with family several times over the years, and always found it pretty decent. For a reasonable price, we could expect good food and attentive service. Today, however, that all changed. We did a Sunday brunch for my father in-law's birthday, as we've done in years-past. The place wasn't quite half-full when we arrived - in... More
My husband and I went today for the Sunday Brunch. We had the best of everything.Eggs Bennies, the yolks were perfect and runny. Not over cooked! Of course we also had to have an omelet with everything.Another homerun. All you can drink Bloodies for $9.50.Which were perfect as well.Along with all the fixings, home fries, bacon, sausage, creamed chipped beef and biscuits, salmon, mussels, french toast, fresh waffles with fresh strawberries and... Was in town for Business and when I travel I usually do a little research on restaurants in the area. I like to experience local restaurants because I can eat at a chain any time. I came across this place in my research and I am so glad I did. It is situated on the water (they have a dock... More
We have eaten at Deep Creek for at least 30 yrs...terrific drinks, fresh fish, both vegetable crab and cream of crab soup w/ sherry on the side. The hi-lite for us is always the crab cakes...lots of back fin, perfectly seasoned and cooked to order. The Sunday Brunch is a bargain at $15.95...serving both brunch and lunch dishes each of... More
We went to the Point late one Saturday night hoping that because it was so late, we would be seated fairly quickly. We were wrong. There was a 2 hour wait. No restaurant is worth waiting two hours for food. We drove about five minutes away to Deep Creek and were seated immediately outdoors on the deck. They just need... More
We joined three other couples for dinner here. I don't think I'll be coming back simply because there was nothing really remarkable about this restaurant. The Cream of Crab soup had enough crabmeat in it but had no flavor even after adding sherry and Old Bay. I had a grilled tuna sandwich and again, the only significant flavor was the... More
