It's hard to find a place in Andover that wont close at 10pm. Chilli's might be one of the very few exceptions. Good standard chain food, slow service but still a good option for those who need a place for late dinner.

Service was great there, super friendly. The food was just ok, it's a Chili's so you'll get what you expect. The price was right for a quick lunch to meet a coworker and discuss business.
Nice place! Clean and another local favorite. Service was good and prompt. Bartender was attentive and provided dinner suggestions.
Chili's food is pretty average.... The 2 for $20 is a pretty good value. The only Chili's I've been at that did not offer FREE chips/ salsa at the bar☹ Service was standard .... Its beat quality is walking distance to the hotel next door.
