We walked in here on our first day in Guatemala. It was great to use the wifi to get our bearings. They had the best iced coffee! Employees were super nice - they recommended places to see and where to get a SIM card (Tigo).

There are a lot of coffee places in Antigua. This is defijitly better than any coffee chain, however compared to any other 'stand alone' coffee house they need to pick up there game. Milk was not perfectly foamed and the ambiance could also be improved. Worth to stop by for an espresso.

Since my last trip to Antigua, Guatemala the coffeehouses have increased in number. There are the national chains such as La Barista. There are many coffee places added on to a hotel as an after thought. But the sweet spot for coffee in Antigua is found in the growing number of local coffee champions who take coffee serious. This is... More

Just a cute drop-in coffee place frequented by younger students and tourists. Saw the name on a T shirt and had to stop by..choclate was great as well as coffee. Busy, 5-7 tables, younger servers. Good atmosphere.

Fat Cat has all brewing methods ( Chemex, V60, Aero Press, Etc) and excellent coffee. It is a must if you are in Antigua.

Excellent pour over. Owner is coffee knowledgeable. Good place to take a break when walking around town. Of secondary importance he has very decent wifi connection if needed.

Excellent coffee house. Very simple, just delicious home grown and roasted coffee. It's right around the corner from the outstanding tour group we use every time we visit Gautemala, Columbus Luxury Travel.

Free wifi. Quieter speed. Good coffee. Right off of central park. Great place to chat with friends. Cute tables. Nice staff, although be prepared to speak some Spanish if need to say something that's not on the menu :-)

I was recommended Fat Cat and had to stop in when I saw they make iced coffee using the Japanese method. It was simply the best iced coffee (including cold brew, nitro, etc) I have had in the world. Each cup was brewed fresh on the spot. You even get to pick your beans! Friendly staff and nice space to... More

The coffee itself is great. It would by itself deserve 5 stars because it is probably the best I have tasted so far in Antigua Guatemala. However their banana bread was so bad I had to take out one star from this review. You will be much better off ordering two (smaller) lattes here than a large one from the... More

We were born into the world of Shop Coffee 1 out of April 2010 in a beautiful place called San Juan Comalapa, Chimaltenango, but as destiny and God's blessing we can now find in the cradle of one of the best coffees in the world , Antigua Guatemala. Do not hesitate to take a great cup of good coffee, we use a mix of cafes Acatenango, to give balance to the coffee cup and Antigua, which gives us as a result, excellent coffee !!! Thank a lot the collaboration of Tito Drums, Gaton, Farel, Friends and Family. "God Bless Fat Cat Coffee House" ..... Alguan reference as it started this dream
