This restaurant is literally just outside the perimeter fence of the large Kastela Marina (holding 400-500 boats) and comprises an indoor restaurant and a a large marque adjacent presumably for summer overflow guests and offers part open air dinning. As we were at the marina at the end of October it wasn't crowded and the service was good. The marque... More
well, the marina kastela and their charter guests make the crowd. so fri/sat/sun it's crowded and you can hear ppl talking like at home. only tourists and sailing crews, many of them in party-hard mode. food is low quality, no locals would ever come here. overpriced and as a cash-only paying guest, you are ready to get milked. avoid.
We keep our boat in Marina Kastela and this is where we always come the first night of our numerous boating trips ... We love it and the staff are always welcoming and are like family. This restaurant serves typical Dalmatian food that is fresh and simple ... Every type of meat and fish you could ask for cooked on... More
Large place right on the beach at the Marina. Very spacious with the typical variety of food on the menu. Went there with another family (4x adults and 4x kids) for dinner. Service was good and the food was tasty. What made this dinner a bad experience is that 1) the fish was ridiculously overpriced: two regular-size fish was considered... More
We had dinner here for our last night after an amazing week sailing round the islands. It's a large restaurant, one side is the real building and has a good feel thanks to the use of large leafy plants inside, very welcoming , the other side , where we ate as it was more airy, is essentially a large marquee... Food is good and it's very handy for the marina, it's basically the only restaurant that serves food there. But it gets soooo busy in the evening we ended up waiting forever, over an hour. It also caters for the endless parties for sailors who finish their events in Kastela, which is great fun but does nothing for the service.
Large place, caters even large groups in semi-outdoors seating. Typical croatian-international menu including lamb, octopus, fish, pizza, spaghetti... something for everyone I guess. Grilled things (mixed meat, squids, veal cutlet) were very tasty. On one of our visits they took cash only but even euros are accepted (and there is a bankomat in the marina). I have visited the place... More
Very delightful and comfortable with seats under pine trees and vines . Good pleasant service, reasonable prices and perfect if you are staying on he Marina. Great free wifi connection. Good spot, friendly staff
The restaurant is very handy to the Kastela Marina, and also has free wifi that is ok when the place isn't packed. We ate here in the afternoon for a snack and it was ok, couldn't complain and the wifi worked but the place had us and 2 other tables. Went back for dinner and waited an hour to order,... More
