We read some good reviews on here, were hungry and just a bit earlier we saw some fresh fish being unloaded at the harbor. So we were really looking forward to a nice tuna steak. After almost 1 hour of waiting (even though there was...only one other table waiting for food) we received something that looked more like something the local shoemaker would use for leather, obviously frozen fish being heated to long and hard. We ordered another dish, here the french fries were still partly frozen...More

The service was nice and welcoming. The location is nice. The food, however, was quite mediocre, something like you'd expect to get in a motorway cafeteria. Pasta smothered in cream and cheese, generic grilled meat and so on. The coffee was very good.

I had a lovely meal here, sitting outside the restaurant opposite the ancient, imposing Pula Cathedral. The ćevapčići was delicious, perfectly cooked and very reasonably priced, the local beer was very tasty and refreshing, and the service was friendly and efficient. Can't fault the place!

We ate here twice on our visit, the 1st evening the food was exceptional, my friend and I both like fish and this was cooked to perfection, whilst our husbands had spaghetti and chicken. The 2nd evening the food was ok but not as good...as the 1st time. Would definately go back here though. Good value and great staffMore

Had a lovely meal with good service, until we received the bill and they had added 10 kunas (€1.40) for the mayonnaise! We had requested it half way through the meal and it came in a cheap yellow plastic container, the sort you get in...fast food restaurants. If it had been home made then fine. We did query it but the waitress had no jurisdiction to change. It spoilt a good meal and we won’t go back.More

Service is very nice, personal is amazing. Place is small, but has terrace, totally in center of Pula. Food is great, delicious and fresh.

Went with 5 other friends and was expecting it to be like every other restaurant. However, the incredibly friendly staff alongside the fresh fish and separate platters were exactly what we needed. For a very reasonable price as well I would recommend to anyone who...visits this city!More

We visited this bistro twice during a week in Pula, that’s how good it was, we had to go back! English is spoken, the food is well cooked and presented, the prices are very reasonable - what’s not to like?

We ate here on the last night of our week's stay in beautiful Pula. We had beef stew with gnocchi, when we asked the lady what size were the portions , she replied "normal" ...they were very generous...and perfectly cooked. We had 2 large beers,...and the cost was 170HRK, about £21. When we paid the bill we were each given a complimentary schnapps. We sat outside, a lovely ambience. Thank you.More

I had something like a gnocchi goulash and my wife had pasta with truffle cream sauce. Both were fantastic. Began dinner with olives, cucumbers, and a half litre of Croatian wine. Fantastic meal and great service.

Firstly I really don't like writing average / poor reviews, I am very conscious that this is peoples livelihoods we are talking about. Lets start with the positives, great location and attentive staff (young man who served us was great), however, you go to a...restaurant for the food. My wife had chicken breast (it was very dry), and the portion was small although there was a huge pile of french fries (if I want those I will go the McDonalds). I had a squid and prawn platter (prawns are langoustines in Croatia) and whilst the squid was cooked really well and very tasty, the prawns tasted like a miss mash, freshly cooked (crunchy and juicy) and re-heated (mushy and lacking taste).More

Had planned to go to the wine bar next door, but it was shut so ended up coming here. Looks Enti Inc from the outside but the printed menus with pictures should have been the warning sign. House wine reasonable. Wiener schnitzel was adequate but...the seafood pasta was a combination of quick cook pasta and a bag of frozen seafood from the supermarket. Not even worth writing about. Sorry but really need to up your gameMore

Had high expectations but were quite disappointed. We ordered the fried seafood platter.... chips were cold, seafood also not hot, like it had been sitting on the tray for too long. It had gone cold and "soft". Whitebait more like "greybait" & strong in flavour...- but not a good flavour. Mixed Salad was also a bit limp! On the plus side they had a high chair for our baby!! Wine also a bit off.....More
