The first time we took the set menu with fish, and one with mixed grill. For the price it was very decent. In addition we had a plate of grilled vegetables which was huge and delicious. We went back several times and were satisfied as...More
This is nicely located in old town and gives you a full plate of food for a reasonable amount but the food just is not very good. I can not reccomend it.
Nice little 'restaurant' in historic old town with a covered outdoor area and a small indoor area. It was a late lunch after a city tour and apparently this restaurant is recommended by tour directors for whatever that is worth. Their standard deal seems to...More
The setting & live music were great but the food was bland. My partner had the fish menu & I had a chicken main, neither of which we could find much to excite us about. I suppose it's easy to not have to try when...More
Stopped of for a quick lunch whilst on a tour of Montenegro and taken in by the offer of mussels and a glass of wine for 10 euros. Wine was mediocre and the mussels very gritty and tough at one end. The home made flat...More
A lot of people on here have labelled City Restaurant a ‘tourist trap’, but after eating at the restaurant last night, I’d have to disagree. Yes, it offers a number of deals to try and entice customers in, and our waiter was very keen to...More
We tried mussels, but actually didn't like it. Turkish style mussels with rice is much better! Pizza was like any other that you can find in everywhere. All the foods were too salty by the way. (Actually it's a common problem for all around kotor)
Food is way below average - avoid this restaurant at all costs. Clientele are lured in by the live music I suspect but that's where the positives end.
