Byblos is in a city in which the buildings facing the sea are very deteriorated an oasis. At the 3rd floor of Four Seasons hotel it gas a nice view of the season in a traditional upscale decoration and atmosphere. The food was really very...good with a special compliment to the lamb with sevem spices and cucumber yogurt sauce. We had Egyptian white wine with the meal and it was a nice experience. The crew was very polite even though service was not that quick. Definitely a highlight from Alexandria.More

Untrained waiters, from leading us to the table, ending with removing our unfinished plates. Food,a barbecue sampler, was good as well as the Lebanese desert buffet. Rating is for total experience to paid price

I would recommend to stay away from this restaurant. I went there today. Hardly anyone there. That should have been my first clue. Decor is fantastic. Windows haven’t been washed though. The recommendation was trying mixed grill. So I did. The chicken was so dry...and tasteless. One lamb chop and that was the same. Two small pieces of beef. Super well done without any flavor. Maybe flavor of rubber The staff could not care less. They never check on you. I wonder how they are in business. Avoid this one for sure. The one star was for the decor.More

Cold, inhospitable atmosphere. Cavernous dining rooms. Waiter untrained. Service VERY slow....and with only three tables occupied. 40 Minutes to get Hummus and chips. Water served in plastic store containers....hardly white linen tablecloth service. Main course arrived with hair on plate....not buried in the food, but...visible on the plate containing the food. And after waiting nearly an hour. Perfunctory apology for the hair on food....new plate arrived in 10 minutes. (Wonder why the first one took nearly an hour to prepare?) Waiter clearly belongs in another profession. Took check from me before I could get out of my chair....perused the tip line and huffed off. Would NEVER go there again.More

This restaurant in the Four Seasons hotel provides some of the best food you'll find in the area. It is high class and unlike other places along the coastline, you dont feel like you're going to get food poisoning. If fact, quite the opposite. I...had a mixed grill and it was delicious, well cooked and presented, served by a waitress with a smile. Only downside was the price was a bit higher than normal in this area, but then again, the quality was much higher.More

We enjoyed our dinner with family and friends at this posh Eastern Restaurant. I recommend it highly. Several artistic paintings and sculptures are also on display to enhance the Oriental spirit of the place.

Yes, according to my experience which include many Lebanese restaurants in Lebanon. We were 10, ordered different dishes and we were all surprised by the quality of the food. They were all amazingly delicious and the service was top notch. Not to be missed.
