The guys there know exactly how to brew a coffee. And the cakes are really delicious! Prices reasonable. The best place for a coffee in Luang Prabang, I couldn't find a better one.

They happened to be remodeling when my friend Peter and I stopped by. But the two aussies painting were wonderful for dialogue. We learned so much about the coffee industry in SEA and Laos. It's great what they are doing there!

We had a couple of coffees elsewhere before we found Saffron, and it really is the best in Luang Prabang (both in terms of quality and the coffee art). The warm Banana bread is yummy too. Coffee is so good that we have been there...More

Go straight up to the 2nd floor for air-con and start ordering. The ambience is cosy and relaxing. The food is pricey but you are paying for the environment and air-con. It may be harder to get the attention of the waiters but just keep...More
