Cafe is located at a good location. Opens early for breakfast has an array of options at affordable price. Peaceful view near the river. Food tastes nice. Staff are ok.

it is located at a street corner and overseeing the mekong river. indoor and outdoor sitting. nice place to relax and have a coffee and watch the people go by. prices are fair and reasonable. service is average.
