For breakfast, lunch or dinner Ban Vat Sene comes highly recommended. It's right in the main street opposite the buzz of the primary school. The menu is extensive and not at all expensive. (rhyme unintential) We love this cafe and the internet works well.

Everything was fresh and delicious. Baguettes and croissants crispy and warm. Homemade jam and wonderful coffee. And the staff are very friendly and attentive.

The perfect place to stop for lunch. We were feeling a little unenthused about Laotian cuisine so we opted for something a bit more familiar. The Parisian baguette ticked all the boxes. Fresh bread, generous portion and high quality ingredients all round. The tarts are also delicious.

We are family with 4 persons stop by at restaurant for lunch. Pizza is delicious from fresh tomatoes. Cappuccino is good as well. Desserts are OK but not that tasty

We had a memorable meal here one night with beautifully cooked pork fillets in mustard sauce, long green beans, carrots and potato. Although we do love Asian food, it was nice to have some variety and we thoroughly enjoyed this delicious French food and practically licked our plates! The chocolate eclair and banana tart desserts were to die for. Highly... More

A perfect place to people watch. Conveniently close to the Monastery and the school, with excellent food and service to match.
