Just like the servers personality the food was bland, unappealing and off putting. Unfortunately after a month of travelling around Asia we were due a rubbish meal and this certainly was it. I’ll start off with the pros of this restaurant: 1. Good speedy Wi-Fi....That’s it seriously can’t say anything more. Cons: 1. The server was so unfriendly it even made it hard to complain about our meal. 2. Our drinks took 40 minutes to come to the table (we ordered 2 lemon shakes). When our drinks came mine was in a dirty glass. 3. My soup some how managed to arrive at the table before our drinks but still waited 35 minutes. 4. I ordered yellow noodle chicken soup (please see attached picture). Someone please correct me but I don’t see one yellow noodle in that disaster they call soup. The bean sprouts were brown also. I cannot believe someone would serve that in their restaurant. 5. My other half ordered a sandwich and said the bread was chewy and definitely not fresh. 6. When I showed the server my dirty glass I told him I’m not paying for it, he just knocked it off the bill no apology or anything. 7. There was definitely a bias as to who got their food/drinks first, not saying anymore but you can put 2 and 2 together. If you want to wait 40 mins for a drink and use some very good Wi-Fi this is your place but otherwise walk another of couple of doors down and you’ll find a good restaurant who actually cares about their customers.More

Disappointing- we wanted a restaurant on the main drag so that we could people watch as our previous two dinners, whilst excellent food, were very quiet! What a mistake! Very average food , indifferent service, average prices - avoid!

During our 5-day stay in LP we felt like trying more of a traditional restaurant other than all the new and fancy ones along Sisavangvong Road. The food was good, nothing exceptional but good at affordable prices. The mango sticky rice was very good!

Value for Money. We sat on their balcony sipping a very reasonably priced cocktail (although the Margaritas were a bit small). We chose to have a plate of the fresh spring rolls and the pork deep fried spring rolls as a starter. They were both...equally deliciouss. The staff were very warm and friendly and attentive. We shared fish noodle soup and Lao chicken salad, again equally delicious.More

trying to find a place with decent spaghetti bolo, & ordered 1 plate at this place. of course, the waiters were very friendly. the bolo tasted like a desert, soo sweet. actually, most asian cooks just take ketchup instead of fresh tomatoes or tomato concentrate....being an expat living in se-asia, i appreciate a correctly prepared european dish from time to time.More

Food was extremely salty and the 'sticky' rice was probably at least a day old giving the hard and d dry consistency. Service was poor.

Stopped here for breakfast around 9am and the restaurant was dead. Generally not a good sign but the whole of Luang Prabang is fairly sleepy at this hour so gave it a shot. We ordered fried eggs with a baguette, fruit muesli and a bacon...& omellete baguette. We waited for about 20 minutes and then the fried eggs were brought out with an omellete that wasn't ordered and was returned after so e explaining. About 5 minutes later someone showed up on a scooter with a baguette which looked to be the reason for the delay to at least part of the breakfast. A short time later a bacon baguette came out minus any egg. Some explaining and pointing at the menu finally clicked and a very small and comparatively overpriced (for the town) baguette came out. *Now for the surprise. The fruit and muesli came out with pineapple, apple, yoghurt muesli... RAW ONION AND TOMATO! I don't think that this is a cultural thing as we politely asked if this is normal and the waitress seemed as shocked as we were. I would definitely not recommend eating here after the number of negative things that contributed to our experience. Plenty of cheaper and better places nearby.More

Was a decent meal. Nothing fancy or special. Looked to be a family owned and operated restaurant. Nice to have local food, though since much of the food on the main drag in LP is foreign and catering to tourists.

Came here for some breakfast after a terrible, humid nights sleep in a hostel and I was very well looked after. The English breakfast is typical of an English breakfast in SE Asia in that it isn’t an English breakfast. However, it was still very...tasty and well-cooked. Two small rashers of bacon, a baguette, two eggs, tomato and butter/jam. Comes with a tea or coffee. Will be coming back.More

Good spring rolls. Good value. Right in the heart of town. Glad we stopped by. Similar to many nearby.

Four of us were looking for a place to eat after visiting the night market. We walked by this restaurant, saw that there were quite a few people eating there and decided to give it a try. The most pleasant aspect of our dinner was...the server. He hung around with us to practice his English. He was very nice and patient with us as we struggled to explain our dietary restrictions; no cilantro and a vegetarian. We also asked for separate checks for 2 couples. The waiter got everything right and we enjoyed our dinner. I won't say the food was outstanding, but it was good and we didn't go away hungry. The service was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate eating here again.More

First restaurant in Thailand and Laos I would recommend walking past. Barely average, small portions, dry pad Thai, gooey fried rice. Incredibly hot dish listed as mild. Beer was cold.

We ordered 2 plates and they took 30 minutes to bring the first one, fish sweet and sour, but there were only potatoes and onions, and just 5 tiny pieces of fish, nothing tasty. The second one was better, orlam with pork, but dull. Very...disappointing dinner, wouldn't recommend itMore

We've been in Luang Prabang during winter holidays and booked a table for a company of friends. The owner took a deposit, but when we came, she was out somewhere 'praying', all service guys forgot both English and Thai, and our spot was given to...a family who showed up just 5 minutes after our booking time. Terrible service, no one even apologized! Somehow we've managed to get back our money and left. Almost ruined the evening, would never recommend that place!More
