I have visited Dubai Mall branch for breakfast. I did not like the egg with cheese. It was too salty. The price was high for such food. The waiter was too rude.

If you are looking for a tasty breakfast and you love to have a full breakfast than you must visit Eric Kasyer. Cheese Omelette was super delicious and i wanted to order another one but the lovely compliments and the fresh break with freshly brewed coffee made it for me and my friends. Talking about today's experience, i wouldn't only... More

Friends took us to this restaurant for a meal after visiting Burj Khalifi. The welcome was very nice and the food was very good too. However when our friends paid the bill by credit card, her mobile phone pinged to confirm the payment went through but the waiter told us that it had not gone through. After some discussion when... From the outside, the bakery looks tempting and beautiful, but once you dine in, you would notice a different thing. The food was ok, but the service wasn't good at all although there weren't many customers dining. Plus the seats were all torn and worn out which looks cheap although you would be paying premium prices for the presumably good... More

This restaurant is ok for a light lunch. The three meals we had were all perfectly acceptable - presentation was ok. However the salad could do with less "green leaves" and a bit more crab, avo, and pomegranate seeds which were very few and far between! The bread was very nice.

Good and service is below average, I would never eat in this place agin. It is not worth a penny. The selection is below standard and it took a long time to bring us our food.

It was a set menu (soup-Salad-main course- Ramadan Juice-sweet-coffee) for Ramadan holy month ... It was very good salmon the portion was generous. The value (cost) was a bit acceptable.

It's a shame about the previous reviews because I visited today with friends for an early lunch for the first time and I can't praise Eric Kayser enough. The menu is lovely, nicely varied to cater to all tastes with a little nod to its Middle East setting. The cafe itself is very nicely laid out, comfortable chairs to lounge... More

Staying in Downtown Dubai

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown Dubai
You can’t fail to miss Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. It towers over the city and resides in the prestigious Downtown development. Once an old army base, Downtown is now the jewel in Dubai’s crown, a beautiful residential and leisure area housing not only the world’s tallest building, but the world’s largest fountains and mall. Wide marble sidewalks are perfect for strolling, with restaurants, art galleries and children’s play areas. Specially commissioned sculptures line the roads and Downtown is often used as a canvas for modern art displays and community events such as Classic Car Shows and National Day parades. In the cooler months, cross one of the many bridges to the Burj Khalifa park and enjoy a picnic alongside residents and visitors, or enjoy a lunch or dinner watch the dancing fountains. Because of its mixed use, Downtown is a fantastic place to mix with Dubai residents and locals and watch real life unfold in a cosmopolitan environment.
