Lotus Thai is still a great place for take out Thai Food that I do weekly. The food has always been delicious. About two years ago, I ate in at the restaurant. I recall the food was really excellent, I am still trying to remember what I ate. That was a bad service experience, but food was incredible. I have... More

Would've loved to have a great neighborhood Thai place, but unfortunately this place was terrible. Not only that, but they're very skimpy on everything.

Went to Lotus Thai for lunch with a group of 7, we were seated near the back by ourselves which was great! Ordered the tofu curry off of their lunch menu which included a veggie roll and salad. VERY delicious, $10 meal!

Well, I'm done with Lotus Thai!! I have been eating here pretty much since they opened but over time this place has become one of the worst dining experiences in Ann Arbor. I am very happy to see all of the 1 star ratings because I thought maybe it was just me. Now I know what I've been experiencing is... More

Stopped by here with the family over the weekend. Very disappointed - makes me sad because this has been our Thai place for several years. First they no longer selling liquor - so no wine with dinner. Apparently they are selling their license. Then they were out of orange soda. Our server was new, had a messy appearance - but... More

I've given this restaurant numerous tries, mainly because sometimes the Thai dishes and chicken fried rice are very good, but the inconsistency has made me finally cross this off my list. The service is always sub-par but I overlooked that when the food was good. Overall not worth the risk. NOTE: this does not hold true for Marnee Thai, downtown.... More

I'd recommend Lotus Thai for anything from lunch during the day to a take home late dinner. Classic Thai dishes are available - and you can request 'Thai Spicy' to really kick it up a notch. If you're feeling more adventurous there is a good soup and seafood selection. At the minimum you can count on Lotus Thai for a... More

Although wait staff was incredibly friendly and over attentive, we still managed to have our appetizer arrive after the entrees. There was a mix up with the only other couple dining in. The tofu in my dish was over cooked and rubbery. We have been there before and the quality has definitely gone down. Wish I had read the reviews... More
