I've been here four times for dinner and the service has always been mediocre but it's close to my office. Today service was exceptionally bad. So here is the last straw. I went in with a coworker for dinner around 7pm, we waited five minutes for the hostess while waitresses looked at us and didn't say a thing. When finally... More

The bento box was really good. Two kinds of tuna with the dipping sauce were very tender and flavorful. Small restaurant but high ceilings made conversation difficult.
Godaiko is "The" Japanese Restaurant in Ann Arbor. You know that everything is fresh, service is good, nice atmosphere great environment. Excellent

We try to get to Godaiko a couple times a month. They have weekday specials that will fill you up and protect your pocketbook. Like the title says, we just like going there. The service always is with a smile and prompt. The dishes are presented nicely. Good parking, well lighted.
