Loved the scampi appetizer, my favorite dish is the filet on the porto bella mushroom with goat cheese.... what a great mix of flavors!

We went to Gratzi for my birthday-- which meant our table got a discount on our meal. I have food sensitivities and cannot eat gluten, dairy or soy. We ordered a meat and cheese tray appetizer. A bread basket was also brought to the table....More

I met family at Gratzi, a party of 9, and the wait staff could not have been nicer. The food was very good and generous.

Despite my reservations, my husband and I dined at Gratzi's for a Saturday dinner. I lowered my expectations, and I was still disappointed. If you have not dined in Italy or experienced authentic and delicious Italian cuisine, in metropolitan or cosmopolitan cities like Toronto or...More

While upscale, it has a relaxed atmosphere. My first trip to the restaurant was in 1989, and I have been there every few years since then. Always great food with great selections. The use of iPads for menus is very clever, with lots of pairings...More

I have been to Gratzi many times over the years and have never been disappointed. My latest visit was with four kids and the teenagers enjoyed it as much as I did!

Good service, delicious appetizers, but main course was just ok. I wish my lobster spaghetti had more flavor or that the veal had been more tender.

Yesterday we celebrated birthday lunch with generous portions of delicious dishes sitting curbside on a wonderful summer day. Dining a la fresco is a favorite and Gratzi indulges with great service from Alexandra including her wonderful recommendation of new menu additions: Watermelon salad, lemon and...More

Gratzi, an elegant Italian restaurant with distinct style, was founded in downtown Ann Arbor, Mich. in December 1987. Formerly the Orpheum Theater, which screened the most popular movies of the day in the 1930s, Gratzi maintains the flair of the dramatic history still preserved today in the restaurant's elegant décor and ambience. Seated above Gratzi's bar is a grand sculpture of Orpheus himself, the great poet and musician, overlooking dining room guests, while a beautifully painted Renaissance-style mural depicting an ancient bacchanal reinforces the indulgent and purely pleasurable atmosphere. Indulge in the purely pleasurable atmosphere and savor unique flavors of regional Italian cuisine and wine.
