I am from Chicago, but have been in Ann Arbor most of my life. Zingerman's has been my go to place since they opened, 25 plus years maybe. It's an amazing deli. I buy all of my bread there and most of my coffee. Their retail has so many choices: of meats, pastas, pies, mustards, oils, so many things. Sandwiches are... More

There's not enough room to say everything I like about zingerman's deli. I do love their food but I also love the atmosphere and service. Come for the Ruben and stay for the pecan pie and coffee. Pricey but worth every cent.

I stop in to the deli most often for their bread - sesame semolina or paesano. The deli has great sandwiches - the Montreal smoked meat reuben is my favorite. On game day Saturdays there's a line down the block of people waiting to order but the deli staff always is on hand offering tastes of this or that. Their... More

We love Zingerman's Delicatessen and have been going for 20+ years. It is always wonderful, always reliable, always fresh, and always a great vibe. The sandwiches and sides are yummy. The desserts and beverages are tasty and fun. The breads and store selections are always great to take home or to pick up as gifts. In the summer the outdoor... More

I have been a loyal customer since the late 80's. If you have favorites from then they are still on the menu!!! I also love the new items-especially the vintage vinegars and oils-take a dipping trip the next time you are there. There are samples through out the store. The staff are always friendly and very professional.

Everyone keeps telling us to go to Zingerman's once they find out we're from out-of-town. For a first-timer, you will get lost within the restaurant. Didn't know exactly where to go and how to order. When you walk into the door (actually depending on which door you enter into, you get a bit confused where the counter to take your... More

After checking out the eclectic shops we decided to try Zingerman's Deli which was just across the street. It fits in perfectly with its eclectic neighbors! There's a surprise in every nook and cranny at Zingerman's. As a deli, we ordered Rick's 50/50 and a Dinty Moore! Both are great sandwiches, piled high w pastrami and corned beef! But don't... More

Living in Ann Arbor and not to far from Zingerman's this is my go to place for a relaxed cup of coffee and breakfast. Food is great, service is wonderful and the atmosphere is nice. Breakfast and lunch, the food is really good. Great big sandwiches that are made on the spot.

Such great everything! We often bring home care packages from Zingerman's when we visit Ann Arbor--the cheeses, cold cuts and breads are superior. I also like to pick up gifts for foodie friends here--they have so many delicacies we don't get at home.

Decent deli food, but a bit overrated. The quality of product is good, but not overly generous with it. My large Reuben was average-sized for $18.99. You'd expect a truly large sandwich at that price. I know how expensive quality pastrami and corned beef are these days. The situation has practically put most old-school NYC delis out of business, but... More
