We had a group of 9 dining before going to a movie. Our waiter kept the pace just right so that we all got to the movie on time without rushing us. My short rib special was very tasty, although it could have been hotter....More

Parking is a big issue but this is not unique to Savas, but the whole area near U of M campus. Once you find parking, if it’s paid, plan on at least 2 hours because you will wait to get into Savas, especially at night....More

Stopped in for an early dinner before a concert and enjoyed the meal. Service is good and atmosphere lively. The bar scene is really fun. The salmon and rice bowl is delicious as is the Cuban sandwich. The burgers are also good but not great....More

I had a large salad here, and it was tasty and filling. The service was pleasant, and the wait for the food was a reasonable length. If the weather allows, sit outside. It's lovely.

They have vegan options. . . not so sure about gluten free. I asked for gluten free bread and they had none. They do juicing before 3pm. That would be gluten free. . .and vegan.

Just call them. My guess is most restaurants with outside dining in A2 will allow dogs in their patio areas. I do not think there are any indoor pet friendly restaurants. Savas does have outside dining.
