Top Level Restaurant USA Style

Hard to believe anyone would not give this place 5 stars. Always fast, always good and the price is very reasonable compared to other eateries. I always get their huge burgers or steak. Very fine place to eat and the atmosphere is perfect.

Needed some American food!!

We had a group of 11 and got seated right away on a Sunday night. Full menu of American food. I had the chicken quesadilla and it was really good!! Juicy. Flavorful. Fresh. And a lot of it! Came with guacamole, sour cream, jalapeños and salsa. My friends had hamburgers and they said they were really good. My son had the cowboy burger and he was very pleased. The thin sliced French fries were so good!! Would definitely go back!

Excellent beef brisket

We had our valentines meal here and loved the beef brisket! It was delicious. The atmosphere isn’t the best but we enjoyed ourselves. Would definitely go back!!!

OK for a bite late at night - nothing extraordinary. Service was slow despite few customers. Menu is pretty basic, burgers, pizzas and sandwiches.

I had a very good ribeye and a good salmon salad. The prices were ok and the service was not too bad. It wasn't crowded and the food came pretty quickly. I would eat here if I was in the mood for steak or American type cuisine.

And then they added the salt. Seriously, the salmon burger tasted like salted fish that had been left out a while and the fries were inedible. At a reasonable price, I might squeeze in a second star, but not for a place that is at US prices. Just awful.

Good quality food, super friendly staff. Spent some time there in my 49th birthday they sang and offered a piece of pie! I recommend and visited more than once during my stay in Bolivia.

Like any other bar in the city service is not so good, you wait forever to get your second drink and so on. The burgers were delicious. I highly recommend that.

Fine fast food in Santa Cruz

This cheery fast food restaurant is always busy, due on no small part to the great food. Fast service, fast food that is very tasty - particularly the chicken wings. A great place to hang out with the locals.

Great Burger and Good Service

We went with a group of 17 people. My burger initially came out a little raw but I sent it back and in 3 to 5 minutes they brought me a new one. It was perfect. Very gourmet burger. And you get all the fries you can eat!!!! You are better off ordering a pitcher of beer than by the glass.

The Factory does the sports bar thing very well. We watched the rugby world cup final there. Big screens galore, fast and friendly service, cold beer and juicy pork ribs. Even though our team lost we had a good time and with 2 for 1 beers it was good value. Try the baby ribs we shared one snd they were great.

Excellent Food

Visit this place with my family by way of our last meal in Bolivia before we made the long Journey back to London. Ambience was great for an informal lunch. It’s a Bolivian version of a Sports Bar , lots of TV’s around the place showing a number of sports and news. Service was great and attentive, they were happy to chop and change the menu due to the kids not liking stuff. importantly the A/C was good and we were kept cool at all time. Overall very relaxed and friendly. Now for the food review: I was told by a friend that Factory did the best ribs in town, boy was he correct. The meat to bone ratio was amazing (main reason I don’t eat ribs in the UK is that its nearly all bones and no meat) as you can see from the picture the size of the meal was also great. My 19 year old brother who is a gym buff (large apatite) had the ribs also, he could hardly move afterwards. My Dad ordered a steak (Lomito) now my father is a bit of an expert when it comes to steaks as he is know for his amazing churascos all over town. His verdict (that I support as I tried the meat) Buenisimo! (really nice) the taste was great and it was well cooked. Again as you can see from the picture the size of the steak was also impressive. All meals came with chips that were really good and salad again fresh and well prepared. As previously commented we visited as a family that included a 3 and 8 year old. During our visit they had issues with the food as it “tasted different” ultimately their taste buds did not know that hit them when they tried the Bolivian food, and they are use to bland English food. My eldest daughter was feeling brave and she tried the burger (no salad) she loved and asked for a takeaway box for the rest of it due to its size. Factory did have a Children’s menu but kids wanted to try the “group up food” In summary, great food, great taste and great venue. Next time we are in Bolivia I will be stopping by, maybe with the lads, Mrs and no kids, as I could see spending the afternoon eating good food, having a cold beer and watching a game or just chatting with friends. Or if I just wanted some good meat, they also do take away, I suspect they use pizza style boxes for the Ribs as they are massive!
