Superb high quality & tasty food and very friendly service. All our dishes were great! (pasta, beef, curry quinoa, cheese cake etc). Garden table was perfect. Also really like and support their educational approach. Defintely recommend visiting and will visit their other locations in Bangkok, Sihanoukville etc :).

This is such a gem of a restaurant. It's tucked away in an unassuming back street, but it has a lovely open area to sit for drinks, nice outdoor dining area with fairy lights and an indoor space too. It's for a great cause, helping marginalized youth learn skills. The staff are so friendly, some are teachers and some are... More

Another find recommended by hotel staff and a wonderful meal sampling local cuisine. Able to share dishes in an outdoor setting that was very pleasant time for all.

The menu offers a nice combination of Khmer and Western tastes. All very creative and carefully prepared by the hardworking team of students at Marum. This is a training restaurant for disadvantaged young Cambodians learning the skills necessary to enter the hospitality industry. The students are attentive and very efficient willing to learn and make your dining experience unforgettable.

We could not be critical of anything in this lovely restaurant. From being met at the gate with umbrellas because it was raining to delicious desserts it was a most enjoyable dining experience.

This restaurant has great service and amazing food. We went with our family and were made to feel very welcome. The service and food were excellent and it is an awesome organisation that really makes a difference to marginalised youth. Highly recommended!

Lovely atmosphere in this treed courtyard. Speedy service and lovely food. Don't come here for all authentic Cambodian food, though with careful choice you can have Cambodian food. Or you can have a mixture of international and Cambodian. The pork mince salad and the beef with Kampot pepper were excellent. The tofu and beans a bit sweet for me, but... More

We managed to get a table outside in the beautiful garden which has lovely low lighting but enough to read the menus easily. Most of the waiting staff are in training but you wouldn't believe it as the service was brilliant and all of our waiters and waitresses were great answering any questions we had and suggesting recommendations. The food... More

Went here on reviews on TripAdvisor and because of work they do with young people. So good we ate there TWICE! We shared starters, had a main course each AND the cheesecake (DELICIOUS). My husband had banana fritters, enough for sharing! Sat outside both nights, electric fans at all tables which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend a visit.

We had an amazing dinner at Marum! Food was perfectly prepared and there were lots of Khmer food to choose from. Delicious cocktails and apps. The service was great and I loved that our servers were students learning the trade. There's a cute little shop too that had wonderful gifts and proceeds go to help Cambodian youth. highly recommend!!

Marum features a winning mix of creative local cuisine, and is named after the Moringa, or 'Tree of life' - very appropriate, as customers will be enjoying a fantastic dining experience that helps build a new life for the students in training there!
