Tusundong ... that's the local delicacy of choice in xiamen. Little white worms, steamed and then set in a little dish of clear savoury jelly ... not much taste really, the worms are crunchy, while the jelly is, well, jelly ... If you're an adventurous eater, give this a try. And tianhe west gate is a good safe place to... More
