Chef’s tasting provided portions of many different dishes. The tasting for 2 started with an appetizer, followed by two courses and then dessert. The appetizer served in a bento box was so good that we could not wait for the other dishes to arrive. In...More

First and foremost our bartender, Mary, was the sweetest ever. She was very knowledable with plate and drink selections. Then the food was delicious. So happy we found this hidden gem.

This was all of our first time dining at a Buddakan and the experience was above and beyond our expectations... and for a group of 7 females, that speaks volumes! Made reservations a few days in advance (Open Table) and in the comments, requested a...More

Didn't have to follow the 8 fold path, just a lot of walking through Ceaser's to get to the restaurant. It's very dark inside which I don't care for. The service was impeccable, and the food was fabulous. They suggest you share some of the...More

Headed there for dinner and what a surprise! Unique entrance. Attentive, but not overbearing attention. Food was wonderful! Intriguing private booths behind our section. Would definitely go back, but don't think I will be in AC again, so may have to try the other locations...More

Have been to Buddakan in philadelphia and it is amazing. The AC version does not come close to its sister restaurant. Not worth the money. We ordered a salmon app that tasted like ramen noodles. Our pad Thai had no taste. We did end on...More

We went for the happy hour. The Senedipity martini was absolutely the best. We also had the edamame raviolis that were very very good. We also tried the pork dumplings which had just the right amount of spice. Last we tried the shrimp buns which...More

Edemame Raviolis, Crab fried rice, and Cilantro martini... Out of this world. Bring some extra$, because this place isn't cheap, but the quality is well worth the large price tag.

We ate here second night in Atlantic City after a less than stellar experience at the re opened American Cut. I have dined at the Philadelphia outpost of Buddakan but this was our first time at this location, though we have eaten at the Continental...More

Delicious food and wonderful atmosphere for a night out! Good location for travelers (close to casinos, Boardwalk) Crispy Calamari Salad (we haven’t ate tender calamari like that since South Africa), Pork Schezuan DimSum, and Black Peppered Beef! Amazing!!!

I don't believe Buddakan offers buffet style meals. It's an upscale, elegant sit-down dinner type of place. The prices are comparable to any upscale restaurant in the area. It's beautiful though especially from the selection... More

Buddakan has been called “a temple of modern Asian cuisine.” But it’s also a testament to the possibilities of inspired design. Upon entering, the first thing one sees is the surreal Asian garden surrounded by multi-level archways and 25-foot trees that seem to grow through rocks, footbridges and the ceiling itself. The dramatic atmosphere and enchanting karma is enhanced by the presence of a gigantic Golden Buddha that watches over the entire restaurant from a head of a 24-foot communal dining room table. The menu portrays an innovative interpretation of Asian Cuisine that matches the ambience in terms of creativity, inspiration and its capacity to satisfy. A delectably imaginative fusion of Chinese, French and Asian styles that results in dishes that exotic yet comforting – all prepared with perfectionist attention to the smallest detail. Buddakan’s spectacular yet dreamlike ambience adds a new dimension to the array of destinations at the Pier at Ceasars.
