I went a couple of times for early dinner and loved it both! They have really nice sushi and a great menu for deserts that are equally tasty and nicely cooked (I always have trouble to find a nice fondant au chocolat properly cooked but here, it's just fine!). They also have a nice variety of loose leaf teas. And... More

It was one of the best suchi experience i had this year. The chef is very creative and the food is fresh with a twist of flavors. Simply a great taste, i would certainly come here again. Good luck with the cigar lounge

It was probably the best Japanese restaurant in Abidjan and although one might have a bad night, too many things collide and thus my review. The place is still very much the same and the deco and design are still one level up from many restaurants around, especially all the Japanese ones. As far as the service is concerned, still... Nicely decorated the Kaiten welcome you with a warm ambience. Sushi is good. Price is slightly high for the quality/quantity provided. For sceptics, you can feel confident. Even after tenths of times that I ate there, the food safety has been strictly respected and I never had any problems!

Having experienced traditional Japanese meals before, i had a medium appreciation of the Kaiten food, and kind to expensive for the standard, it even more expensive than worldly known Famous (Nobu) Japanese restaurant franchise.

Ambience of this place was very Japanese kind dim red shady lights on entrance. We are only alone diners but found out we were early as many others started coming in. We found great... More

One of the best restaurants offering sushi in Abidjan. The food is good and the place is clean. There is a buffet on Sundays with a good variety of dishes. Even though we might think that it can be risky to eat sushi in Africa but I did enjoy it on different occasions. The prices in the menue are fair... More

Some people say that KAITEN is expensive. Kaiten use only fresh ingredients. You can check the prices of salmon in the supermarket. Although tuna and mérou are local fish and they are not that expensive, but for example a 40 kg of tuna after cleaning will stay between 15 to 20 kg to be used and the rest is waste.... More

The place is tastely decorated and the service very good. I am not a big fan of sushi but i wanted my husband to discover. Ends up we had a good meal and fun time with our son. Will surely go back there.
