We ate at the Surf and Turf twice. Excellent seafood and good service. It will be one of the more expensive meals you have around SavuSavu outside of the resorts, but it is worth it. Incredible seafood of crab, lobster, prawns and snapper.

Very good food! Their seafood pasta is to die for and their snapper burger is delicious as well. A bit pricey for us locals so only go here to eat once in awhile.

Surf 'n Turf is far and away the best independent restaurant on the island of Vanua Levu, Fiji's second largest island. If you are staying in Savusavu and looking for a fantastic play on a local meal by an excellent chef with a lovely view, look no further. Surf 'n Turf is the place to go. They even make homemade... Ended up here on a quiet weekday night - we were the only customers. The restaurant had a decent menu, and we loaded up on grilled seafood, satay and some other goodies. Food was well prepared, service was more than good enough, and the owners were really friendly. Would certainly go back if somehow I found myself in Savusavu!!

The fish we ate was superb! This restaurant is owned and operated by a husband (chef) and wife (everything else). The more expensive restaurant in Savusavu, but worth it at least once.

The food here is exceptional - fresh seafood, great pasta and good wine. My husband and I ate here twice when staying in Savusavu!

Chef Vijen honed his culinary skills at the famed JM Cousteau Resort years ago and it shows. His dishes are always presented nicely and the food is usually quite good. We've eaten here many times and it's a nice spot for visitors to the area. However, as a local, I am not used to paying tourist prices for my meals... More

Went on the recommendation of a friend. Great tasting food. 5 for the thai chicken. Though the initial orders were not available. The place needs an uplift. The reception area especially with a touch of neatness. All in all a good place.

the food here, mainly seafood, is incredible, we had Japanese dishes and were sceptical but they were fantastic. the front entry and signage is completely misleading, when the food arrives we were so surprised at the quality. we went back as much as we could, definitely best food in town. not especially cheap but not incredibly expensive, you pay for...
