Amazing place to watch the sunset. We went to this restaurant a few times, all the staff were friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. On our first visit there we asked if we could add chicken to a vegetarian dish and the chef was more than happy to do that for us. Before we left the restaurant that night... More

If you make a reservation in advance instead of just showing up, they'll seat you at one of the tables overlooking the ocean/sunset. It was beautiful and made the dinner completely worth it. The food was just okay. They don't have many vegetarian options (just 1 entree and 2-3 starters). The entree was pretty good, some sort of coconut curry... More

Food quality is unbelievably low. My starter was the worst eel I have ever had, dressed with a heavy, unhealthy sauce. The grilled fish didn't taste as fish at all; my wife and I tried to understand how could they have transformed a Mahi Mahi in what I received. Probably low quality ingredients, frozen improperly. The cutlery wasn't clean enough.... More

As always in Tahiti, it was on the expensive side. Very few options appealed to my husband and I was not well enough to eat so I ordered a small $5 side of steamed white rice, which was like a teacup full. My husband was not impressed with his food. The hours were not as long as I would have... More

On a Friday we went for happy hour (5.30 to 6.30pm) at the Pool Bar at Le Meridian resort when cocktails are half price and had a couple of great cocktails then went into the Le Carre restaurant right next to the pool bar at 7pm when it had just opened. I have the red tuna Tahitian (raw) fish -... More

We arrived without a reservation which apparently aggravated the staff and they let us know it the rest of our meal. There were thirty empty tables when we arrived and thirty still empty when we left. Food was good when it finally arrived. Matre-de is full of himself and has a stick positioned in an uncomfortable place which obviously makes... More

This was the last night of our honeymoon before we flew home. We heard the food was good so we gave it a shot. We dressed up and went for it. We received a beachside table with a pretty view only to be ruined seconds later by kids climbing on the wall and user the ropes and walking into our... More

We dined here a couple of times for lunch while staying at the hotel. The service can be a bit slow but the employees are quite helpful and friendly, and I don't know why anyone would be in a hurry while vacationing in Tahiti. The food is tasty though the menu is somewhat small. This place is a good option... More
