We were invited to the Blue Banana by some local friends for a birthday lunch. When they first mentioned the name we didn't recognize it, but on arrival we realized that it had changed ownership, hence a different name. It is a great location, right on the water, and even has a nice wharf with some outdoor tables and a... More

Had a business dinner there and it was simply delicious!! You must try the Blue platter :) it's perfect. Also the pizzas are quite good and the desserts are very nice :) put it on your must go list while in Tahiti, you will be happy you did :) make sure you make a reservation.

Great food, excellent hospitality! Even wasn't that expensive (for Tahiti standards--food can be costly unless you buy at a food truck). Just like anywhere else food is more expensive at the tourist favorites.

The owner is there all the time is a very sweet lady. She was able to squeeze us in one night for dinner, since we walked there from our hotel we didn't really want to try and find something else at that point! It is right on the water and people with little dingies come in and out to eat.... More

Great vibe and plenty of attentive staff make this a welcome option with a spare night before flying home. We had the fish skewer done in the pizza oven. Excellent option. Lots of locals here giving it their thumbs up. We can see why.

Very nice restaurant on the water within walking distance of the Manava Suite Resort Tahiti. I ordered escargot and filet mignon with a blue cheese sauce and both were very good. The prices are very reasonable based on Tahiti's standards. There were a lot of interesting items on the menu and eating out on the pier made for an enjoyable... More

Well crafted and organized restaurant. Versatile menu from exquisite appetizers that are well proportioned..First visit we had to try a Fish something pizza that came out divinely prepared. Somewhat of a béchamel white sauce with bundles of tuna. So good we ordered a RED pizza primarily with vegetables .. Both out of this world with crisp thin crust served quickly.... More
