This is the best in New Mexico food with green chilis. They are also great if you need a caterer. They catered Daughters reception and did an excellent job. The food was awesome which is not always true with buffets. NOT your typical reception food...More
We ate a couple of dinners at Hatcha's during our spring break ski trip and really enjoyed the food. It is a rather small place so the wait could be long when they are busy, but the food was worth the wait.

We were beat, after a day of skiing. This was a great place to pick up dinner and take it home. We kind of wish we had eaten it there, as the dining room reminded us of our favorite local spots at home. The food...More
Wait staff was very friendly. We had Mexican dishes and the Chicken Fried Steak. All dishes were very good.

This is definitely a "taste of Northern New Mexico", no Tex-Mex here. Great use of the whole chile for just the right taste. Great service by knowledgeable waitstaff who know their menu.
This restaurant was an amazing find! Food was excellent, large portions- that could easily be split by two people. Service was wonderful!
Salsa was good, food was not bad, staff was friendy, but we probably wont be back. Im glad we tried it, but the quality for the price was so so... and the plate is covered in grease.
