Over 15 time of my visit , never get bored. I won't go home before enjoy the food at Roman Cafe Restaurant every time I visit Bali. Located at Jimbaran Beach, after early dinner I can enjoy sunset. My favorite place in Jimbaran. To order simply choose the fresh sea food , after bargain prices they will cook for us... More

Delicious fish and seafood, served with rice and various dipping sauces (spicy!) and yum!! Great friendly service. Sitting on the beach, listening to the waves, candlelit, divine. My husband and I really enjoyed this dinner, the place and the service. We would highly recommend it. Also, just keep in mind you are in Bali and not in a high end... More

Very basic setup, but a much better option than the tourist ripoff places further up the beach. You still get a prime location on the beach for sunset. The food was basic, but tasty. For a family of three we spent less than 500,000 IDR ($50aud) which gave us a whole snapper, rice, fried squid, vegetables and five Bintangs.

Awesome place to eat for your dinner for family ... good time arrive at 17:00, play by the beach while await for sunset... Red Snapper is the best and not to forget the clams...👌🏻

There are a whole range of seafood grill restaurants in the same location, on the beach in Jimbaran Bay. One of them stands out as exceptionally busy (I reviewed it elsewhere) although the food is nothing special, and many of the others simply dont have a good selection of seafood (maybe their boats didn't come in?) About 1 month ago,... More

If you want to ruin your Holliday by an intestinal infection, than this is the place to go. After our meal, I went up to the kitchen and place where they store their fish...disgustingly dirty!!! The meals are also overpriced and the seafood and fish are not fresh. Crabs where empty, lobster way overdone and like rubber tyre. We survived... More

As mentioned, they have no platter on their menu. That could however, work for you if you want a light meal. We ordered a fish (approx. 1.5 kg), to be grilled with chilli. We had squid @ about 500 grams to be fried and crisp.
And possibly the only place to have chicken on their menu along the beach stretch,... More

Simple and minimal seafood menu. Food was plenty for 2, well cooked with lovely marinades and condiments. The sides were also very nice but do let them know if you don't like spicy food before you order. Beach is very clean and a beautiful spot to watch the sun go down. Service was pretty speedy..no complaints. You get a lot... More

Taken by the positive reviews on this site we went to Roman's for a late lunch. We were surprised that there were no fans and no aircon (and no customers) - it was very hot and stuffy inside, but, given the reviews, we pressed on. We were given 2 menus - set dishes starting from Idr480,000 for a range of... More
