We followed Lonely Planet's advice to eat here and we were very glad we came by. We ordered the chicken satay, snapper satay, special Nasi goreng and gado-gado with freshly squeezed pineapple juice. The dishes came with local dips that were fiery and we also asked them to bring dabo-dabo, a local dip made from chillies, shallots and tomatoes. Each... More

From my few visits to Manado, we really cannot expect much from the service industry in Manado. They don't care much about how their restaurant looks, waiters are easily confused, the food takes forever to cook. The service quality is similar anywhere, so things are judged by how the food taste. Rajasate has similar array of menu with other famous... More

A very good restaurant . They serve you western food with minahasan / manadonese style. They have a lot of good food, very cozy and the food's taste is good. The price, oh you can deal with that. It's not that expensive.

Several people had recommended Raja Sate so we went there. We had fantastic sate, especially the chicken sate. Also nice gado gado and fresh juices. Good atmosphere, very friendly helpful staff. Highly recommended for a good dinner in Manado

If ever you land yourself in Manado, this is a place you must try atleast once. The satays are nice and juicy - and to wash it down with a cold Bintang ... priceless! If satay isn't your thing, they have grilled stuff too - the Tunas (found in abundance in and around their waters). The owners do try to... More

We visited this restaurant twice because it is very famous for its 19 sate specialties in Manado. Very slow service and the sate was already cold as the waitress served it. They have a huge menu. They also serve New Zealand Steaks. Better to have Sate at the food court opposite the BCA building in Manado. They open in the... More

The staff here are good and the food was reasonable. I had the sate which was tasty enough. Not brilliant but good.
