Came across this restaurant by chance and decided to go in. Without asking they fill your table with cucumber tomato salad, tsatsiki, olives and other small delicacies together with pita bread. After that the kids ordered the kids menu and received a big portion of chicken nuggets with fries. The homemade lemonade was also great. I had a barbecued tilapia... More

The first thing we were told is that we have to order a main course or pay 47 NIS for the salat anyway. So e.g. we couldn´t just sit there for a drink. Since we were hungry anyway and we came here just because its good reviews on tripadvisor we ordered 2 main courses. So we got the starter salats... More

The place is really worth a visit. You get the endless small plates of Mediterranean salads and then whatever fish is fresh that day. We had calamari followed by grilled seabass done with lemon and olive oil. The available choice was very good but we couldn't go past the seabass. All very tasty and fair priced. Great location and nice... More

last time i had a meal at Shabtai, was 40 years ago or more, when he had a stall at the same location, serving delicious fish and fresh greek vegetable salad, with fresh baked brown bread. time passed I have left Jaffa, and now decided to return to an old memory, with a lot of caution, not to spoil old... We were looking for a fish restaurant and finally found this place. It looks very simple, in Greek style. But we decided to stay and it was worth it. Fish was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed the atmosphere and service.

We had here a family birthday launch, starter salads were very good, especially the ikra. Everybody ordered a fish on the grill or fried which tasted fresh and delicious. The calamari dish was a little bit dry, no dressing. On Saturday the restaurant was busy and the service was a bit slow. As a Greek restaurant it doesn't offer anything... More

This is an authentic Greek fish restaurant run by the same family for 60 years, third generation now ! Situated fairly near the flea market and not far from the port of Jaffa. Whenever I am in Israel I always come here and I am never disappointed, one of my favourites ! Starters/Meze are a wonderful array of great middle... More

One of the best fish-greek kitchen places for me. Lovely staff, rich menu. Meze is very tasty, recommend to drink greek uzo. Barbunia is exellent. The best time to visit - friday 15.00!

The setting has a Neighborhood feel. The service was friendly and professional. And the food was outstanding. Best sea bream I've had in Tel Aviv--very fresh, and cooked to perfection. Side dishes galore-- all very good. Highly recommend!
