Hit up on the way out of town Sat morn. It was packed with happy families, groups of friends, couples and staff. Fresh, delicious generous servings arrived quickly and hot. Loved the eggs, hashbrowns, pancakes and biscuits. The best of hometown eatery represented here; honest and unpretentious and full of happiness. The kind of place where you want to see... More

I had a salad with grilled chicken. It was "meh" - mostly iceberg lettuce. The decor is a little off-putting - too religious for my taste.

We eat at the Chaos Cafe with almost every visit to Artesia. The restaurant is clean and the service has always been good. I love their salads-grilled chicken is my very favorite-but the burgers are also pretty good. It's not a fancy place and it's not fancy food but if you want just a good meal in a good atmosphere... Great breakfast recommended by locals! Delivered hot & quick, plain Jane special & blueberry pancakes were good. Get coffee to go served in large cup.

Seated rapidly and waited on promptly. Our waitress was fast and attentive. The food for the most part was excellent. My sauage patties were a bit overdone, but the rest of my meal and the whole of others were very good. This is a good place to go for breakfast.

This place is ok. The food was served hot. The problem when we were there was that there were a lot of flies in the place. Nice selection of items. Hours are ok if you're an early bird.

even for Artesia, you can do much better. I had the salad and chili for lunch. There is no way you could call that chili. It was as if they took a can of beans in their own sauce, heated it up slightly, and plopped a great big whole jalapeño in it. I was hungry so I ate the whole... More

This is a busy cafe for breakfast and lunch. They have excellent burgers and I love the open faced BBQ sandwich. The wait staff can be a little hit and miss but they named it chaos! I like dinning here for lunch and I have often called in take out orders.

Working in the area and had to try it due to the good reviews. I ordered the brisket and it was delicious, came with a side of fries and a side of beans, the beans had no flavor. After the meal they brought out fresh peanut butter cookies, that was a pleasant surprise.
