Guiness draft Beer always there in addition to other draft beers, the bar itself large and rich. Food is actually great ,they have very tasty tapas and starters such as cheese plate with various kind of cheese with veg, and Carpaccio that are very recommended there. other main dishes, salads and steaks are available there too such as homemade hamburger,... I ate here solo and sat outside in the cool breeze after a hot day touring. The service was fantastic! I had the grilled eggplant with meat which was amazing and enjoyed a chilled draught beer. Before leaving I was offered a complimentary local Azuri shot. I would definitely recommend this place

With my initial visit the service was tardy; I had to collect my own menu and again place my order but I was so famished and desperate for something 'western' at the time; I did not care. I was accompanied by locals the next time I visited for drinks at sunset and experienced much better service. Regardless of my encounter;... More

Maybe it's the only bright point of our visit on Nazareth. Very tasty food, and very comfortable restaurant with reasonable prices.

Love the middle eastern fare of Israel but this was a welcome and flavorful change. Very good. Had the calamari, duck, mushrooms, pizza and coffees. Thanks!

The food is good and generous, but it's not a local food. The atmosphere is different there and the place is in the heart of the city. Clean, simple and effective!

the place sits next to Mary's Well in Nazareth, and from the other side you can see the orthodox church square of Nazareth, very beautiful restaurants' square, great atmosphere at night. the place itself has great eastern western meals, and best of all it has Guiness, one of my favorite beers. so I recommend it.

Excellent location for a chilled out drink whilst people watching on Church Square. We had lunch one- very large food portions and the best roast beef salad that we had anywhere in town. We also stopped here on two evenings for pre dinner drinks. The waitresses were always very good.

Bayat is a great little restaurant, with some tasty dishes, a young, lively atmosphere and a big selection of alcohol (the place is owned by Christians, hence the free-flowing alcohol - including Taibe beer, the only real Palestinian beer). Choose to sit outside if it's not too hot (and join the smokers), or sit inside/at the bar. With friendly and tri-lingual staff (Arabic, English, Hebrew), this is an excellent place to take some respite from the tourist trail in Nazareth. Relaxed pace, but catch the chicken breast, and for the kids try a personal-sized pizza.
